We have welcomed a new web developer and Drupal specialist, Phil Norton to our growing team. Phil will play a fundamental role in developing Access’ technical capabilities even further as our client projects and campaign work becomes ever more sophisticated.
An experienced Drupal developer, Phil will help to raise Access’ visibility in the developer community through his code contributions, knowledge sharing and involvement with developer events. As well being active with PHP North West and the North West Drupal User Group, Phil still finds the time to contribute code to Drupal and run his own website: www.hashbangcode.com.
A microbiologist turned web developer, Phil has over 7 years experience. Prior to joining Access, Phil worked on high-profile public sector websites including West Yorkshire Police and Walk4Life, making him a great fit for Access’ public sector portfolio.
“I am really pleased to bring Phil to Access,” said Mark Hope digital director. “Phil adds a huge amount of development experience to an already talented team. His in-depth knowledge of Drupal is having an immediate impact on our current client work.
Phil’s appointment also reflects the ambition we have for growing our digital team, particularly in the area of ‘Enterprise Open Source’ and his passion for knowledge sharing fits perfectly with Access’ values.”
