We have just launched the latest high profile campaign with the Welsh Government.
Live Fear Free aims to help people recognise the signs and symptoms of domestic abuse and challenges attitudes towards domestic abuse in Wales.
In England and Wales 29% of women and 16% of men have experienced domestic abuse at some point in their lives, but because it often happens behind closed doors the problem is ignored. The effects of physical and emotional torment can be far-reaching, having a huge impact on the health of the victim and that of any children living in the home.
The campaign centres on the Live Fear Free website, created by Access which features four domestic abuse stories written from different viewpoints. Readers are invited to read the stories and leave their comments. The website is supported by an interactive Facebook app and Twitter and, for a three week period from October 15 - November 4 the campaign can be heard on the radio and seen on bus shelters and other outdoor advertising spaces across Wales.
