Access have recently helped to launch south Manchester based  band ‘Hit the North’s debut single; working with them  on designing their logo, the sleeve for the single and artwork for their website.

The single, ‘Rollercoaster’, which was featured on the soundtrack for John Bishop’s sell out arena tour in 2012 was released in December and the second single second single ‘Sad Man’, released 02.01.13.

The band, who have been performing gigs for a number of years across the Manchester area are also hoping to release a debut album in the coming months.

Martin O’Brien, the band’s drummer said: “We’ve been playing in the area for some time, but we’ve never released any of our music previously. The opportunity came along and we thought why not?

“So far the reaction to the single has been brilliant, and we’re just hoping that we can continue to make and release more music.

“When we approached Access about producing the artwork, we were really pleased with the designs they came up with, so we’re hoping that they’ll work with us on our future singles and album.”

‘Rollercoaster’ can be downloaded now directly from the band, Amazon, iTunes or a number of other outlets.
