Ashley Johnson’s Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance
Ashley Johnson, one of our Project Managers, is presenting a talk entitled Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance. His talk will be focusing on how to identify problems in your work-flow before they happen and how to keep your project on time and to budget. For anyone who suffers with project palpitations, Ashley’s guide to keeping your cool will ensure your Drupal projects are in tip top condition, without any need for a plan B.
Ashley’s talk will be taking place on Saturday March 5th 2016 at 14:00 – 14:45 in room B103.
Phil Norton’s Becoming a Drupal Master Builder
Our Technical Lead, Phil Norton will be teaching attendees how to avoid common mistakes when building a Drupal site with his talk Becoming a Drupal Master Builder. Due to Phil’s years’ of experience he’s fine-tuned his mistake detector and can offer real world advice on how to avoid basic mistakes. Aimed at intermediate learners, Phil’s talk will also be delving into some slightly more complex and technical strategies that will ultimately make your Drupal sites more maintainable. His focus will be on Drupal 7, with some techniques being applicable to Drupal 8.
Phil’s talk will be taking place on Sunday March 6th 2016 at 10:50 – 11:35 in room BG02.
