First Class Holidays, a multi award-winning luxury travel company, have launched a new site built and designed by Access. The new site is also supported by fresh branding and creative positioning. As one of the UK’s leading suppliers of holidays to Canada, America, Australia and New Zealand, Access are thrilled to be working alongside First Class Holidays as their marketing partner.

Their new site and branding helps to elevate them to a customer-facing marketplace and helps them to speak directly to their desired audience. The exciting partnership marks a new chapter in First Class Holiday’s already impressive history. We’ve played a key role in delivering a suite of marketing services and are already looking to the future for new projects.

UX and Information architecture

Built in Drupal 8, the new site delivers an exceptional user experience.

Relevant, inspiring content is now easily found, resulting in a satisfying and helpful journey for the end user. Content has been grouped intelligently, tours and packages are showcased effectively and a new ‘wish list’ functionality ensures a personalised fun user journey. For the first time First Class Holidays can accurately position themselves directly to consumers as the luxury, bespoke holiday provider they are.

Live chat functionality has also been added to the site in order to support First Class Holiday’s already outstanding customer service team.

Fresh branding & punchy creative messaging

A new creative direction was also taken. Stunning visuals and punchy creative messaging show the user that a holiday with First Class Holidays is far from ordinary.
