On 31st January 2013, Access hosted a half-day mobile marketing seminar where 30 attendees were given an opportunity to learn more about the need to ‘go mobile’.
Speakers included Simon Landi (Access – MD) and Mark Hope (Access – Digital Director) as well as guest contributors Al Mackin (CEO – The E Word) and Jonny Whitehead (Associate Director - Digital Planner - Carat Manchester).
Topics covered included a look at the current mobile market, how best to go mobile, mobile search and mobile advertising techniques. Attendees were made up of both current and former clients, as well as MBA students and members of the wider marketing community keen to learn more about how they should be looking to approach mobile marketing.
Access MD, Simon Landi, speaking at the venue MOSI, said: “We always enjoy hosting these events and see them as a great way to pass on our expertise to others within the industry and the wider business world.
“The feedback we have received from attendees has been very positive, and we look forward to hosting further events over the coming year.”
Mark Hope, Digital Director at Access added: “We get a lot of people asking about how they should approach their mobile marketing.
“The number of options that companies have available to them can seem daunting, so an event like this was a great way to introduce people to some of the options open to them, ranging from responsive web development to app development.”
