The Question:
How can access improve the design, navigation and functionality of the Office of Fair Trading’s website while tailoring it to the specific needs of the online audience?
The Answer:
Conduct research to gain an understanding of the audience’s requirements, current site design, functionality and navigation. Then use research findings and technical expertise to ensure a smooth transition in accordance with government guidelines.
The Result:
By working in conjunction with OFT’s technical agency and implementing code into the existing CMS, the website was successfully re-launched on time, on budget, and with the original goals achieved.
